Intern Instrument Engineer

As an Intern Instrument Engineer at PT Mipcon Prima Industri (EPC), I am responsible for preparing technical documents for commissioning, operational standardization and project coordination:

• Preparation of Commissioning Proposals: Prepare 3 technical commissioning proposals (pulp & paper activation, oil and gas upgrading, production plant activation), supported by technical standard research.
• Workforce Qualification Analysis: Analyzing the qualifications of 24 project workers (Commissioning Manager, Supervisor, DCS Operator, Instrument/Electrical/Mechanical Technician).
• Standardization of Documents & Checksheets: Compiled 100+ Work Instructions (WI) & electrical/instrument Checksheets and prepared work implementation SOPs for field technicians.
• P&ID Inventory: Inventory 14 P&IDs to identify instrumentation components, component costing, and spare part requirements.
• Vendor & Project Coordination: Coordinating 10 suppliers, 8 MoM (Minutes of Meeting), and controlling 1 project S-Curve.
