Engineering Staff (Ministry of Manpower Internship Hub)

As Engineering Staff Intern at PT Matra Roda Piranti (Automotive & Fabrication):

• Production Optimization & Lean: Analyzing production bottlenecks (600–1,000 pcs/day); proposes moving the packing process & redesigning the layout/trolley, increasing production to 800–1,200 pcs/day with ±3x lower costs.
• Preventive & Corrective Maintenance: Carrying out preventive maintenance on Humming & Treatment machines based on weekly check sheets (control panel, 3-phase motor, electrical system) as well as corrective maintenance on emergency stop circuits and electrical components.
• Engineering Documentation: Compiled 5 machine reliability FMEAs, 2 Process Flows, 20 WIs, 6 BOMs, 20 QCPCs, and 4 Inventor designs.
