• Deputy Chair of the Ambalan Traditional Authority (PAA) & National Contingent — Middle School Level Scout Movement | Active: 2018 – 2019

Overview:

• Holds a structural leadership position as Deputy Chair of PAA which focuses on supervising discipline and fostering member ethics, as well as being an active delegate in national scouting competitions.

Key Achievements & Highlights:

• Leadership & Adat Ambalan: Responsible for enforcing internal ambalan rules, the cadre process for new members, and managing the leadership development program.
• National Competition Delegation (2018 & 2019): Represented the school base for two consecutive years at the National Gema Scout Sumedang (GSS) event in Sumedang, West Java.
• Team & Tactical Management: Help facilitate the physical, mental and technical preparation of the competition contingent before being deployed to the national competition.
