Role: Facilitator & New Student Mentor

Responsibilities & Contributions:

• Guiding and facilitating the adaptation of dozens of new students to the academic system, university culture and student ethics.
• Become a communication bridge between the central committee and participants in delivering assignments and evaluating daily material.
• Encourage active involvement of participants and create an inclusive and supportive group environment.

2. Discipline Division — Department Student Orientation (Department Ospects 2021)

Role: Order & Discipline Division Staff

Responsibilities & Contributions:

• Overseeing public order, protocol compliance, and punctuality (time management) throughout the series of department orientation activities.
• Supervise the enforcement of participant rules in a firm, objective and ethical manner to foster an attitude of professionalism in engineering students.
• Mitigate and quickly handle field dynamics or disciplinary obstacles during the event.

3. Events Division — Electrical/Engineering Competition (EEC) Department Level (2022)

Role: Events Division Staff & Technical Implementation

Responsibilities & Contributions:

• Designing the rundown, technical concept of the competition, and competition implementation scenarios from the preliminary round to the final.
• Coordinate intensively with the jury, competition participants, and technical/logistics division to ensure the competition schedule runs on-time.
• Manage the main stage and guide the presentation session and announcement of winners.

B. Entrepreneurship & Student Organizations

1. Member of the Entrepreneurship Division — IKMAWATI (Regional Organization) (2022-2023)

Role: Business Development & Mandiri Fund Staff

Responsibilities & Contributions:

• Design and execute creative fundraising programs to support the organization's operations and work programs.
• Manage sales of the organization's products/merchandise starting from capital procurement, promotional strategies, to simple cash flow recording.
• Building economic networks and internal partnerships between members across forces.

2. MSME Partner Member — Student Innovation & Entrepreneurship Institute (LIKM)

Role: Business Incubation & MSME Strengthening Program Partner

Responsibilities & Contributions:

• Actively involved in campus business incubation programs that bridge student innovation with micro business actors.
• Study and assist in mapping digitalization needs, product packaging and marketing of coached MSMEs.
• Attend business workshops and collaborate on student-based start-up business model development projects.
