Project: Vaccination Instrumentation & Screening Engineering System (Proof of Concept)

Project Summary:

Developing an early stage prototype (Proof of Concept / PoC) for an automation system for vaccination verification and electronic instrumentation parameter monitoring. This project focuses on validating the feasibility of the system logic (feasibility test) and multi-feature integration before entering the advanced hardware fabrication stage.

Technical Responsibilities & Contributions:

Rapid Prototyping & Circuit Assembly: Designing the layout and assembling intermodule circuit wiring using a jumper cable system on the breadboard to connect the microcontroller, vaccination reader module, sensors and display indicators.

Troubleshooting & Logic Integration: Testing the data path and power supply stability to ensure communication between modules runs without errors at the functional testing stage.

Hardware Evaluation: Identifying technical obstacles in open circuit circuits (signal interference and cable neatness) as evaluation material and foundation for product development to a more mature version.

System Key Features:

Initial vaccination data authentication, status display integration, and prototype circuit-based multi-feature monitoring instrumentation.
